The nation eagerly awaits the outcome of the parliamentary elections on June 4th. Media outlets are abuzz with discussions and analyses of the expected results. Let's examine the performance of a regional party in Telangana, which has previously governed the state with a significant majority and secured nine seats in the Parliament in 2019 elections.

It is important to note that the Bhartiya Rashtra Samiti (B.R.S) was previously known as the Telangana Rashtra Samiti. It was relaunched on October 5th, 2022, with the ambition of participating in national politics. Mr. K. Chandrashekhar Rao serves as the founder and current president of the Bhartiya Rashtra Samiti (B.R.S). After the foundation of B.R.S, the party participated in the Telangana state elections held on November 30th, 2023. Surprisingly, the party lost power in the state and only managed to secure 39 seats. There was a swing of votes against the party by 10.52%, with their vote share reducing to 37.35%.
The Vimshottari Dasha running on November 30th was Moon-Ketu-Jupiter. The Moon, as the 8th Lord, was positioned in the 2nd house with 2nd Lord Saturn , while Ketu occupied the 11th house, which signifies change and is the 8th house from the 4th house. Jupiter, representing power and authority as the 4th Lord, was situated in the 4th house. Despite the favorable Pratyanter Dasha, it is perplexing why the party lost power. Further scrutiny of the chart reveals that Ketu, the anter Dasha Lord, situated in the 11th House, which is the 8th[Change] from the 4th House, could have contributed to this loss. Additionally, Venus, the sign Lord of Libra, is placed in the 10th house in Mrityu Bhag and in debilitation aspecting the 4th house and 4th Lord Jupiter. In D-9 Venus[M.B] as 7th Lord[Public image ] in 6th house [court case, fight ] under the aspect of 6th Lord[Mars]
It appears that the party faced another setback in March 2024 when the daughter of the president of B.R.S and a leader of the party[B.R.S] got arrested and sent to jail. During this time, the Dasha running was Moon-Venus-Venus. Venus[Female], both the anter and pratyanter Dashalord, is situated in Mrityu Bhag, indicating the potential for unfortunate events, especially related to females.
The current Vimshottari Dasha running is Moon-Venus-Venus, effective until May 31st, 2024.
The election in the state concluded before May 31st, 2024.
While it's noteworthy that Venus is positioned in the 10th house with the 9th and 10th Lords, indicating positive potential, its placement in Mrityu Bhag and debilitation suggests a lackluster[Murky] performance of the party in this election.
Let's see what the fate of the party will be on June 4th,2024. How many of the party's candidates will be successful this time? In 2019, the party had 9 MPs.
