SpaceX's colossal Starship rocket, the largest and most powerful ever built, failed its ninth test flight, a critical step for Elon Musk's vision of establishing a Mars colony. According to BBC North America correspondent Peter Bowes, the uncrewed rocket launched successfully from Texas but encountered issues in orbit shortly after, becoming uncontrollable before its planned re-entry into Earth's atmosphere. SpaceXstated that the spacecraft rapidly disintegrated and broke apart before crashing into the Indian Ocean.

As an astrologer, I analyzed the Libra Lagna chart cast at the launch moment to understand this failure. The 10th house and its lord, symbolizing the sky and space, provide key insights. The 10th lord is positioned in the 8th house—indicating challenges, humiliation, and obstacles—alongside the Sun (11th lord) and Mercury (9th and 12th lord). The Moon, severely weakened in Paksha Bala due to its conjunction with the Sun, is further afflicted. The Vimshottari Dasha at launch was Mars-Rahu-Saturn-Mercury-Moon. Mars, the Mahadasha lord, is in the 10th house in debilitation but gains directional strength. The Antar Dasha lord, Rahu, lies in inauspicious Gandantadegrees, while the Prana Dasha lord, Moon (representing the sky), is in the 8th house without Paksha Bala and in Mrityu Bhaga degrees (24°44'48"), as per Jatakaparijataand Sarvarthachintamani, classical Indian astrology texts. In the Navamsa, the 10th lord, Saturn, conjoins the Moon (in Mrityu Bhaga) in the 5th house, which is 8th from the 10th house, reinforcing the event's challenges. Further, in the D-60 chart, the 10th lord, Jupiter, representing the sky, is placed in the 6th house of struggle, under the aspect of Saturn, the 8th lord[ obstacles, humiliation] and Pratyantar Dasha lord, and Mars, the 6th lord and Mahadasha lord, clearly demonstrating the predictive precision of Indian astrology as a super science.

Conclusion

SpaceX's Starship, the biggest rocket ever, crashed 30 minutes after launch during its ninth test flight, a major setback for Elon Musk's dream of a Mars colony. As an astrologer, I studied the launch moment using Indian Vedic astrology. The Libra Lagnachart shows the 10th lord (sky) in the 8th house (trouble), with a weak Moon hit by bad planetary effects. The Vimshottari Dasha was Mars-Rahu-Saturn-Mercury-Moon, with Rahu in unlucky Gandanta degrees and the Moon in dangerous Mrityu Bhaga(24°44'48"). In the Navamsa chart, Saturn[Sky] joins the Moon in a tough position, and in the D-60 chart, Jupiter (sky) is in the 6th house (struggle), under the negative influence of Saturn[8th Lord] and Mars[6th Lord]. The Moon, the Prana Dasha lord, in the Lagna of the D-60 chart, distinctly indicates failure due to its placement in Mrityu Bhagadegrees.

These astrological signs clearly match the crash, showing how Indian astrology, as a powerful science, explains this failure.
