Beyond the Setback: Predicting the Indian Cricket Team’s Next Moves in Australia through Astrology Part 3

After the Indian cricket team's disappointing performance on the fifth day of the Melbourne Test, the situation was further exacerbated by a poor decision from the third umpire (from Bangladesh), who failed to use the Snickometer when making the final call.

It is challenging to write about the Sydney Test without access to the captains' charts for both teams. Currently, I am relying on the New Moon Chart and the Solar Ingress Chart for both countries. A key parameter shifted on December 31, 2024, due to the new moon chart. Since the captains' charts, which are essential for a more accurate judgment of the match's outcome, are unavailable, my analysis is limited to basic parameters (Solar Ingress and New Moon charts). The Solar Ingress chart is used to predict events over a month, while the New Moon chart is used for predictions over a fortnight (15 days). Nevertheless, based on these available factors, let’s explore Team India’s chances. I have already analyzed the Solar Ingress Chart (dated December 15, 2024) for both Australia and India, and I will be sharing the link to that analysis.

Let me analyze the New Moon Chart of India from a sports perspective. The 3rd Lord, Saturn, representing sports, is well-placed in its own sign in the 4th House, a Kendra, and is in conjunction with Venus (symbolizing technique), the 7th and 12th Lord. Additionally, the LagnaLord, Mars (representing fire and energy), aspects both the 3rd House and the 3rd Lord. The 5th Lord, Jupiter (symbolizing maturity, judgment, and intelligence), also aspects the 3rd House. This alignment suggests that not only is the 3rd Lord and 3rd House well-placed, but they are also influenced by Mars' energy and Jupiter's wisdom and maturity, strongly indicating a favorable outlook for India's performance in sports over the next 15 days.

Though the 3rd Lord, Saturn, is debilitated in the Navamsa Chart, it still possesses very high Shadbalam. Additionally, the aspect of Mars on both the 3rd House and the 3rd Lord grants the Indian team the courage and resilience to fight back in difficult circumstances. It is important to note that Mars is the significator of the 3rd house, which governs sports. Mars, associated with the south direction and representing young players, is expected to perform well.

Mars' influence on the 3rd House in both the Rashi and Navamsa Charts clearly signifies qualities of class and fiery fast bowling. Additionally, the presence of Rahu in the 3rd House suggests that Indian fast bowlers are likely to gain an advantage in both swing and speed, adding a penetrative and dynamic edge to their performance.

The influence of Jupiter[R] (North-East) and Saturn (West) on the 3rd House suggests significant contributions from senior players, while Mars (South, young) points towards the vital role of young players in the team’s performance. Venus [Art, South East] in conjunction with the 3rd Lord Saturn, along with the aspect of Jupiter[North East] on the 3rd House [Sports], signifies a strong inclination toward artistry and a mature approach to spin bowling, particularly among Indian spin bowlers.

Now, let us analyze the New Moon chart of Australia from the perspective of sports. The 3rd Lord Jupiter [R] in the 5th House of dignity, which is 3rd from the 3rd House, aspects the 11th House [Gains] and is influenced by Mercury [9th Lord, intelligence, Luck].

Rahu [Deception, Swing Bowling] in the 3rd House is highly favorable, but the lack of connection between Mars [Energy] and the 3rd House or 3rd Lord in the Rashi Chart suggests that the fast bowlers' pace may not be very high. However, the connection between Mars as the 3rd Lord and Rahu in the Navamsa Chart indicates that some young fast bowlers could generate real pace. The Jupiter-Mercury connection, along with Rahu in the 3rd House, suggests strong swing bowling, complemented by mature, clever, and intelligent spin bowling that exploits the batsmen's weaknesses. However, there may be a few dropped catches due to erratic fielding and misjudgment of ball height when catching.

Conclusion: By comparing the Solar Ingress Chart of 15th December 2024 and the New Moon Chart of 31st December 2024, it appears that the Indian team holds an edge over the Australian team in the Sydney Test. The influence of Mars in the 3rd House [Sports] and the 3rd Lord Saturn in India’s New Moon Chart strongly suggests penetrating and effective fast bowling, with young players expected to contribute in the upcoming match. Moreover, Saturn, as the 4th Lord, is under the aspect of Mars (the Lagna Lord), forming a half Rajyoga. Additionally, Venus (the 7th Lord) is conjunct with Saturn, also under the aspect of Mars (the Lagna Lord), thereby creating another Rajyoga. These Rajyogas suggest that players from the South, South-East, and West directions of India are likely to perform well in the Sydney Test, even under challenging circumstances. On the other hand, the benefic planetary influences in Australia’s Solar Ingress Chart point to an advantage in spin bowling. However, based on these two charts, India should certainly mount a strong fight back  in the Sydney Test and make a comeback in the current series. The same was anticipated in the previous Test match [Melbourne], but the chart of the Australian captain, who scored 49 and 41 with the bat and took 6 wickets, ultimately tilted the result in their favor.

To conclude this article, I am sharing a quote that is perfect for this test match: "Don’t be discouraged. It’s often the last key in the bunch that opens the lock." — Anonymous
