The 18th Lok Sabha began at 11:00 AM on June 24, 2024, in New Delhi. Since the BJP didn't win enough seats for a majority, the moment's significance is high. However, it doesn't
override the charts of the individual MPs elected. Everyone wants to know whether the 18th Lok Sabhawill remain stable and complete its 5-year term.
It took place on Monday, during the Krishna Paksha Tritiya, under the Vanija Karan, Uttrashadha Nakshatra (Moon's constellation), and Indra Yoga. I'll consult the VridhhaVashistha Samhita to understand the quality of the inauguration chart of the 18th Lok Sabha.
In the Leo Ascendant chart, the Ascendant Lord is well positioned in the 11th house along with the 11th Lord Mercury, and also with Venus, who is the Lord of the 3rd and 10th houses. Jupiter, the Lord of the 5th house, in the 10th house, and Mars, the Lord of the 9th house, in the 9th house are positive indicators. However, Saturn, the Lord of the 7th house, in the 7th house aspecting the Ascendant (Lagna) and Marsthe 9th Lord [ Speaker], and the 4th house Lord in 9th House , is not favorable for stability. This is because Saturn also rules the 6th house. In Navamsha, the 5th Lord Saturn[School, education facility, Sports, birth rate etc] is in the 8th House, and the 8th Lord Venus[Scientific organization , challenges ,death of ruler, setback to the cabinet ] is in the 5th House, with an exchange between the 7th Lord Mars[Dacoits, Robbers] in the 12th House and the 12th Lord [Jail , Police, Law enforcement agency etc ] Mercury in the 7th House. Moreover, Mars and Mercury exchange signs, forming the classical Kapat Yoga[To deceive or Cheat] in Navamsha Chart. As a result of Kapat Yoga, the native will not be good-hearted and will tend to indulge in hypocrisy. Here, Mars represents the opposition and the speaker, while Mercury is one of the coalition allies.
In the inauguration chart of the 18th Lok Sabha, the 4th house represents opposition parties. The 10th House: Symbolizing the Ruling Party Coalition. Clear Hint: 10th Lord Venus with Mercury and Sun in 11th House. Both Venus and Mercury are combust .

According to the classical text Vriddh Vasitha Samhita, the combination of Uttara Ashadha constellation and Monday constitutes a Mrityu Yoga, which is believed to be death-inflicting. This has drawn my attention even more because in the oath-taking chart, a Mrityu Yoga was also formed by the combination of Sunday and the Anuradha constellation, with Lagna placed in Anuradha constellation . This clearly hints towards a potential tragic event related to the ruling coalition in the near future, as the Mrityu Yoga[Death inflicting] is formed in both the oath-taking chart and the inauguration chart of the 18th Lok Sabha.

Another common feature in both charts is that Jupiter is positioned in an angle (Kendra). Jupiter, associated with finance, aspects the 2nd House (related to the financial condition of the nation, revenue, and economy of the country) in the inauguration chart, and the 11th House (concerned with gains from other nations and foreign trade) in the oath-taking chart. Also, Jupiter serves as the 2nd Lord in the oath-taking chart, thereby signifying the economic conditions in both charts. The dasha balance in the inauguration chart is Sun-Ketu-Venus. Ketu is positioned in the 2nd House and is aspectedby Jupiter from the 10th House. Sun and Venus are situated in the 11th House. This configuration further emphasizes the current government's focus on the financial front. Venus is the 3rd Lord hinting towards the communications and railways.
It is also interesting to note that the Karana in both charts is Vanija. According to classics, Vanija Karana signifies intelligence and smartness. Individuals born under this Karana are typically interested in business and use their intelligence to generate wealth. The symbol associated with Vanija Karana is considered to be a cow, and its ruling deity is Manibhadra, the chief of Yakshas. People born under Vanija Karana are known to be smart, bright, and adept in trading. They possess extensive knowledge in business activities and excel in sale transactions, which contributes to their prosperity.
Pure Jupiter as the 5th Lord in the 10th House, without any associations and aspects from other planets, particularly aspects on the 2nd House, 4th House, and Moon (placed in the 6th House), along with the presence of Vanija Karana, certainly indicates a very favorable budget for 2024-25. This alignment suggests positive outcomes, especially for sectors such as agriculture, labor class, armed forces, revenue and exchequer management, medical and paramedical services, service class, scientific organizations [DRDO,ISRO etc], schools, education system , sports, film industry and capital gains. Real estate and land development will also likely receive significant attention and support in such a scenario described with Jupiter's influence in the 10th House and its aspect on 4th House .
It appears that this budget will be presented with great acumen and a strong determination to boost business, foreign trade, and exports. This intention is clearly indicated by the influence of Jupiter and the presence of Vanija Karana in the astrological analysis.
As per the chart of the 18th Lok Sabha, the astrological parameters suggest a very favorable budget for the growth and economy of the country. With a focus on agriculture, the labor class, students, education system, film industry, schools, sports , armed forces, revenue and exchequer management, medical and paramedical services, service class,Railways, scientific organizations, and capital gains. The real estate and land development will also be prioritized. The exports from the country are likely to increase and the country will economically grow at a better pace.

Currently, the nation is experiencing the Moon-Venus-Jupiter Dasha, with Jupiter transiting the Lagna and scoring 6/44 Ashtakvarka points. Also, the Jupiter Pratyantar Dasha Lord is aspecting the 2nd House [related to the financial condition of the nation, revenue, and economy of the country)as the 11th Lord[concerned with gains from other nations and foreign trade ].This configuration suggests the possibility of a favorable budget and significant economic growth ahead. Additionally, Venus, as the current Antar Dasha Lord, is transiting Cancer, emerging from combustion. This indicates a potential focus on advancing railway technology, particularly for passenger safety.
Analyzing the Stability of the 18th Lok Sabha
The 4th Lord Mars, representing the opposition parties in the Chart of 18th Lok Sabha , is well placed in the 9th House and aspects the 4th House, indicating an aggressive attitude. However, the aspect of Saturn, the 6th Lord (related to litigation and disease), will likely exert control over this aggression. The 9th House, which also signifies the speaker, is very well placed, suggesting strong leadership qualities. Nevertheless, the speaker should also prioritize his health and take precautions to avoid any potential litigation issues. 36 Ashtakvarga points in the 9th House, along with the 9th Lord positioned there, clearly indicate a very strong speaker. It is important to note that the 8th aspect (associated with punishment) of Mars on the 4th House, despite being in its own sign, also acts as a controlling force on the opposition (represented by the 4th House).
The presence of the 8th Lord Jupiter in the 10th House,Mrityu Yoga,Moon in 6th House along with 31 Ashtakvarga points in the 8th House (which are more than those in the Lagna, which has 26 points), indicates potential constant hindrances in parliamentary proceedings. 10th Lord Venus, representing the Prime Minister, is well placed in the 11th House and strong in Shadbalam but combust with the Sun (Lagna Lord representing the 18th Parliament) and very well placed in the Dashamsha Chart. This shows strength of the Prime Minister despite some unpleasant events in the Lok Sabha. This configuration also suggests challenges that may impact the ability to complete the full five-year term.
