The Moon is in Krishna Paksha Dashami, the 10th day of the waning moon phase, which reduces its paksha bala (lunar phase strength). 10th House Strength: Saturn, as the 10th lord in its own sign in the 10th house, conjunct Ketu, is exceptionally potent. In Vedic astrology, Ketu conjunct an own-sign planet acts like a flag (Ketu) on a pole (the planet), amplifying the planet’s strength tenfold. This makes Saturn’s influence on career and authority extraordinarily powerful, perfectly justifying Humala’s presidential win.

This dasha, Rajyoga, and enhanced 10th house strength confirm that the Aries Lagna chart (3:28 AM) accurately reflects Humala’s 2011 victory, validating the rectified birth time.

Why Rectification Was Necessary
