Mr. Prasant Kishore, a well-known political strategist, launched a new political party on October 2, 2024 (Wednesday), at 4:05 PM in Patna, coinciding with Amavasya. This formation followed two years of extensive pada yatra (foot march) across Bihar. According to astrological guidelines, auspicious activities are typically avoided on Amavasya (New Moon) days. Let us analyze the party's chart from an astrological perspective.

The party was formed on Amavasya Day, under the influence of Brahma Yoga, during Naga Karan, and in the Hasta Nakshatra, all on a Wednesday. The party formation occurred in Aquarius Lagna, during the Hora of Jupiter.

Amavasya (New Moon): It is advisable to avoid all auspicious activities during this time, as it is considered inauspicious.

Naga Karan: Individuals associated with this Karan possess extraordinary knowledge in a specific field. While they may encounter unpleasant events, their hard work and determination can lead to success. This Karan has a fixed status.

Wednesday: This day is favorable for artistic pursuits, educational activities, and both mixed and ordinary tasks, effective both day and night.

Hasta Nakshatra: This small (Laghu) Nakshatra is particularly suitable for music, dancing, education, and teaching activities.

Brahma Yoga: Characterized by a deep love for studying, individuals with this Yoga possess a wealth of intelligence. They gain honor through their truthful conduct, are peace-loving, and are dedicated to performing auspicious deeds.

Hora Signification: A task intended for a weekday can be performed during the Hora of that day, even if it falls on a different day. For example, Mangalik ceremonies, religious rituals, Yagyas, house construction, and similar activities are considered auspicious when performed during the Hora of Thursday, regardless of the weekday.

A malefic Thithi, such as Amavasya, when combined with the specific constellation of Hasta and the weekday of Wednesday, not only mitigates its negative influence but also creates an auspicious Yoga known as Sarvartha Siddha Yoga. This powerful Yoga is highly beneficial, enabling all types of auspicious activities to be successfully accomplished.

Wednesday + Hasta Constellation = Sarvartha Siddha Yoga

The Vargottama Aquarius Lagna with Saturn[R] in the Lagna provides stability, as Aquarius is a fixed sign. However, having four planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Ketu) in the 8th house is undesirable, as it can create obstacles and sudden calamities.

The Lagna Lord, Saturn, is positioned in the Lagna, while the 9th Lord, Venus, is in the 9th house. Although the 5th Lord, Mercury, is in the 8th house, it is in its Mooltrikone degree in Virgo sign. The 10th Lord, Mars, is placed in the 5th house of dignity and aspects both the 8th house and the 5th Lord, Mercury.

Jupiter, positioned in the 4th house (a Kendra), helps mitigate the dosha of Amavasya. Additionally, as the 2nd and 11th Lord, Jupiter is pure and aspects the 8th house, as well as the 7th Lord, Sun, the 6th Lord, Moon, and Mercury[5th Lord, 8th Lord], which serves as a saving grace.

The placement of the 10th Lord, Mars, in the 5th house, along with the 5th Lord, Mercury, in its own sign [5th House] in the Navamsa, clearly indicates that the party will prioritize the education of children in Bihar. With Aquarius Lagna and Saturn[R] in the Lagna, the party is also likely to focus on innovative work along with hard work for farmers and efforts for the advancements in agriculture.

Pure Jupiter not only aspects the 10th house but is also in a constellation exchange with Mars, the 10th Lord, clearly indicating the party's idealistic leadership. Both Jupiter and Venus, as Gurus, are well-placed without any malefic aspects, suggesting a strong focus on education and respect for teachers.

The party is currently under the Dasha of the Moon, which is weak in Paksha Balam as the 6th Lord in the 8th House, alongside the Sun (the 7th Lord) and Mercury (the 8th Lord). According to Shloka 20 of Chapter 40 in B.P.H.S, a combust 6th Lord Moon in the 8th House, combined with a strong Lagna Lord in its own sign in Lagna, creates a Rajyoga. In this situation, the Moon is very close to the Sun (Amavasya), and the Lagna Lord Saturn is positioned in Lagna, thereby forming a Rajyoga.

If Bihar goes to polls as scheduled after the second week of October 2025, the party will be under the Dasha of Moon-Rahu-Venus. Venus, the Pratyantar Dasha Lord, is well placed as a Yogakarka in the 9th House and exalted in the 2nd House of the Navamsha chart. The party is likely to perform reasonably well as a new party, gaining support from farmers, the downtrodden, and female voters.

Let's see how they perform in the coming days.
